Growing up in a Polish/Ukrainian family I have come to know my way around a perogy, but I had never come across a recipe for baking the perogies in a cream sauce. So, I decided I should come up with a recipe, and here it is!
These baked perogies in cream sauce turned out absolutely amazing! Add a salad and some kielbasa, or baked beans, and you have an easy and hearty meal.
There are so many ways you can mix this recipe up so that it never gets boring. Add some different spice mixes or some different herbs. Even add in a few different vegetables - I think mushrooms would be a tasty variation. Feel free to share your variations in the comments section.
