Sour cabbage rolls have always been a big hit at family meals and they are easier to make than you might think. And of course we all know how good fermented foods are for our gut health. I'm so happy to share with you the knowledge passed down to me from the amazing cooks in my family, as well as a few tricks and tips I've learned along the way.

If you're unable to sour your own cabbage, you can find already soured cabbage for sale at some local greenhouses, farmers' markets and grocery stores.
