This policy applies only to items sold directly by Tammi's Home Online.

Off-site links to other sites will have their own policies.

Digital Items

Digital items will be available for download upon receipt of payment. 

Physical Items

We strive to package any physical items very carefully, using bubble envelopes, sturdy boxes and other appropriate packaging.

We strive to send orders out physical items every 2-3 business days, but weather, road conditions and other unforeseen circumstances can sometimes extend that to once per week.
